The Netherlands is covered in snow! What a pretty site. I always feel that when it snows, and the streets are dreamy white, it gets so quiet and peaceful. Voices and noises are muffled, and all you can hear is the snow crunching under your feet and the sounds of nature: icicles dripping, birds in the bushes, a rabbit hopping by.
For this second Advent Sunday, I bought flowers, bulbs, and evergreen, and I’m lighting a second candle, the candle of peace. How fitting. Enjoy your Advent Sunday and enjoy the snow!
