Jet off to big cities with Miss Lou Lou

I love travelling, and what better way to show that than including references in your interior? Match that with my interest in beautiful illustrations and art, and fashion and you’ve got a winner. I’m a huge fan of Megan Hess and her fashionable illustrations (check out her new book) so when I saw the throw pillows collection Miss Lou Lou I was immediately sold.  The pillow range is a collaboration between designer Keren Brown of The Brown Trading Co, and fashion illustrator Kerrie Hess, Megan’s sister. Good taste and artistic talent clearly runs in the family because Kerrie is also a renowned fashion illustrator who has worked together with big brands like Chanel and Louis Vuitton. The illustrations depict London (V&A Museum), Paris (Bon Marche), New York (Tiffany & Co.) and Rome (Vespa) They come exquisitely boxed with a numbered, limited edition gift card and boxed with a gold plated zipper pull. The collection is available to buy online from The Brown Trading Co and the cushions are $189 each. My favourite is Rome, although New York is a strong runner up.
