Wandering through Montmartre I discovered a very unique shop called L’Objet qui parle which means The object that speaks. The thrift shop is tiny and filled with curiosities and antiques. Retro bowls, enamel milk cans, antique china and ethnological accessories are piled up from floor to ceiling. It’s an experience to find your way through the shop without knocking over something. Everywhere you look you’ll discover something interesting with a story. I loved the mirrors and vintage tennis rackets! A must visit if you are in the 18th arrondisement. – 86 rue des Martyrs
Tip: combine a visit to this shop with a nostalgic lunch at MILK. Read my review about MILK here.
