I love restaurants with great design, and if you do too, The Pool in Amsterdam east is absolutely one to pay a visit. The Mediterranean inspired restaurant and bar is, as the name already reveals, themed as a pool. Whether you go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you will not only enjoy the food, but also the quirky decor. The interior design is fun and informal. The colour palette evokes Miami’s South Beach with soft pinks, blues and yellow. A pink flamingo and neon lights intensify that South Beach feel even more. And then there are the lifeguard chairs and pool stairs, or the beach chairs on the outside terrace. The theme is in the smallest details. Love it! Try the baba ganoush, fried artichokes, and grapefruit salad and pair it with a cocktail.
