Today I’m sharing another report from the Dutch furniture & lifestyle fair ‘de woonbeurs‘ that took place from Sep 30-Oct 5 in Amsterdam. Dutch interior magazine 101 woonideeën presented a mock up home boasting with Do it yourself (DIY) projects that were published in their magazine over the last 57 years. It was bitter sweet because the publisher decided to stop publishing the magazine and therefore this was also the last time 101 woonideeën attended the fair. Everything white in the house was new, and everything coloured were DIY projects you can look up in their online archives.
I loved their workspace with the clipping boards and boxes to keep everything organized. The paper flowers were gorgeous. Another favourite is the kids room with colourful buckets as a storage and display solution. And the bathroom with copper painted and ombre laundry bins and the copper pipes as a towel rack were most inspiring to me. I might even give it a try sometime.
