After being cooped up all winter, we all crave to go outside and enjoy nature. However, you can also bring nature inside your home. Whether it’s a new plant, fresh flowers, woven baskets made of natural fibers, cotton branches, an urchin, coral or pebbles and shells from the beach. Incorporating natural elements into your space bring the feeling of outdoors into your home. Especially if the elements are treasures from memorable vacations. You can display them in groups, in small vases, bowls, or in memory boxes. Cotton branches, with their billowing balls make a great accent and add a visual interest. A set of two is already enough to get that organic touch in e.g. a reading nook. Play around with different kinds of pieces and carry that through from room to room. Today I’m showing you how I display my natural treasures.
