Sari Bags

I’m so coveting the Sari bags from Found Object. They are stunning and would be a nice addition to my summer bags collection. Cause by now you might have noticed that I have a thing for stylish things with a heritage and soul or enchanting historical story.  Things that express my ever present wanderlust.

Found Object makes it possible to have a little bit of handmade tradition on your arm with their weekender tote’s made of repurposed vintage saris. The textile is hand-stitched and hand-embroidered in the Kantha style popular in Bangladesh and West Bengal. Every bag is different with a distinct print of beautiful floral motifs, animals, birds, or geometric shapes.

These leather handled totes are perfect for weekend getaways, day trips to the beach, or shopping at your local Farmer’s Market.
