Since I started photographing interiors I encounter the most creative and unique homes. And even though some of them are not my personal style, and I would never want to live in it, I do admire the vision and thought that goes into some of the interior designs and renovations. There are always elements and details I do like, and that inspire me to enhance my own home. One example of an interior that inspired me, and that I loved to photograph is the home of Peggy and Bouke. The couple converted an Amsterdam storage space into an airy and light-filled apartment, with crisp white floors and a minimalist styling. Industrial accessories and vintage items give the place a raw and edgy feel. My favourite part of the house was the large kitchen and the roof window. What a cool and inspiring apartment! I particularly love the hanging indoor garden – gotta pin that to our ‘Urban Jungle Bloggers’ pinboard:-)
Creative isn’t it? And so simple to make
Sometimes you have to get crafty with space in Amsterdam. Modern and beautiful design!
Ooo nice! Love it how people can be creative with so little space….:)
