Hello! I’m back from my three weeks blog break and ready to share new tips and great finds and experiences with you! And let me tell you, you are in for some spectacular tips I have tried and tested for you. I went to Greece and I instantly fell in love with the country, the food, the culture, the people, everything. It was amazing. I’m already planning my next holiday to Greece. This instance I visited Athens and the island Mykonos which were both beautiful! So coming weeks I will share as much as I can of my holiday: from the hotels I stayed in, to the must-see places I visited, the restaurants I tried, and the best shopping areas. Today I’m kicking off my Greece series with 10 photos that give you a sneak peek into my Greece adventure and will get you in the mood. Because really, a picture says a thousand words…

  1. Hi Louise, Glad to hear you’re back and had a wonderful time in Greece. I’ve visited Greece many times also & have been to both Athens and Mykonos. Mykonos is the most beautiful island and the shopping is something else for such a small island! I’m really looking forward to reading your posts and recapturing my memories of greece through your pictures x

  2. It sure is one of my favorite countries too. It also is a little bit home to me, as I lived and studied there for a year. Sweet memories!

  3. These are beautiful photos, Louise! Mykonos is indeed amazing and so picturesque. Although I am from Athens and I don’t think it’s a very nice looking city, your photos of Plaka and the Akropolis can easily make me think otherwise. Next time you visit Greece, Santorini is a must as are some small cities and tows in the Norhern and Southern mainland. Happy travels!
