Fashion week Amsterdam has officially started. For the next nine days the whole city will be hustling and bustling with fashionistas, models, and designers. It’ll be nine days of fashion excitement, exhibitions, shows, launches, parties and so on. Reason for me to zoom in on fashion trends and wanna haves. Today in the spotlight: Souve, and their new collection of bags.
Munich based Souve was founded in 2011 by a bunch of creatives with a focus on classy accessories. Every season Souve welcomes new talented artists and designers to create part of the new collection. In their first collection they introduced the Claim Bag, which I just love! Now, I’m not talking about a snake leather, $1500 tote. No, the very popular Claim bag collection is a canvas shopper bag collection for fashionistas who don’t take themselves too seriously. This year Souve introduces the XL Shopper with matching scarves. The XL Shopper collection consists of five oversized shoppers with brown vintage leather, cotton inside lining, and a classy golden zipper. On the front side there are prints of icons by German artist Daniel Völker. You can choose from Karl Lagerfeld, Andy Warhol, Naomi Campbell, Amy Winehouse, and Kate Moss.
