Cuddle up

At this year’s Woonbeurs, the Dutch home decor fair, I spotted the most beautiful throws. They not only looked nice, but they felt nice as well. By Mölle has a broad range of soft, qualitative throws. For example a gorgeous blue woolen one that has been developed in collaboration with craftsmen in Cornwall and Yorkshire. Super soft and completely natural. The yarn was made using the natural colors of Jacob sheep, who have different shades of brown and white, and organic dyes. The mohair is from English goats, which gives it that soft, luxurious feel.

Another one that caught my eye was the Mill blanket, a blanket made of undyed Scandinavian wool with a graphic design. Or  not to forget, a chunky denim throw, knitted with a mix of a granite and off-white coloured recycled yarn. I didn’t buy any, only because I already have so many throws lying around the house. Can one have too many blankets though?
