How does it work?
You can order the Bluespoon on Board take out service at least 30 min in advance by filling out a form online, by phone, or by e-mail. Next you dock in front of the Andaz Hotel, where Bluespoon Restaurant is located, and your order is ready for you to take out on your boat. How simple and convenient is that?
Head chef Kasper Stiekema of Bluespoon Restaurant created a special boat menu featuring cold and warm bites. Think fresh salads, pizza, mini burgers, oysters and even typical Dutch bitterballen and a croquet sandwich. For the sweettooth there are also desserts and fresh fruits. Splash it away with a good wine, champagne, or a cold beer.
