We are officially in the advent season and the gift ideas aren’t lacking. This week I discovered such a cute gift that I would love to receive myself. The kokeshi dolls designed by Lucie Kaas are so funny and I would love to collect a few of them. Kokeshi dolls are Japanese wooden dolls traditionally made for children. However these cuties are rather collectibles for grown-ups. There are dolls of Amy Winehouse, Audrey Hepburn, Coco Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, Anna Wintour or Marilyn Monroe. As a true fashionista I’m smitten by the fashion figures. I also love the Christmas nativity figures; Maria, Josef and baby Jesus and the 3 wisemen.
