Today it’s ascension day, a holiday in the Netherlands. So I’m taking it easy and just going to read a good book on my made over balcony. I started the day with a scrumptious Turkish breakfast. Olives, sheep cheese, almonds, Turkish lamb sausages, thyme bread, dragon fruit and avocado. The cheese is delicious if you top it with grapes and honey.
