Juicy Irish steak, stacked gourmet burgers and fingerlicking rib roasts are only a few examples on the menu of restaurant BIT Cafe & Grill in the heart of The Hague’s city center. BIT, which is an abbreviation for Best In Town, is a place to have a breakfast meeting, a leisurely lunch, or cocktails and dinner before a night on the town. The quality of the different meats is so distinctive because of the use of a Josper grill which really brings out the flavours and makes it extra tender and juicy. The atmosphere is cosy, and the interior design is a mix of urban chic and robust industrial. There are smaller seating nooks for a business meet up, but also large communal tables for large groups, and a robust bar to have drinks. In summer you can also sit outside on the terrace overlooking the square and part of the Binnenhof pond.- Buitenhof 39
