When two of my obsessions blend together – travelling and journals – it is not a matter of if but when I will buy it. It only took two glances at the Te Neues notebooks to decide I “needed” them. Whenever I travel I journal about my daily experiences. I started this at a very young age and therefore have a lot of travel logs. It’s a way to remember where I went, what I felt, and also to capture the moment in more than just photos. I write everything down from the stores I liked to the food I ate. When I was living in the USA (1999-2000) I weekly sent my journal entries to my family and friends in the Netherlands by e-mail. My month in Cuba, my 3 weeks on Bali, I wrote all of it down. If I would compile them and publish them online, it would be a travel blog. So in a sense I have been blogging all my life.
Jotting down your feelings and impressions while travelling is a great way to cherish memories and also to read back and grasp what really makes you happy. What are your thoughts? Agree or disagree? – the notebooks are in the Netherlands available at Sissy Boy for €7,95/3 notebooks
