London shopping guide: Shoreditch part 1

Yesterday I remembered I still owe you a third shopping guide after my shopping spree in London last month. After all, London is a kaleidoscope of styles, colours and flavours. Whether you are looking for something posh in Bond street, something eclectic in Soho, or British design in Bloomsbury. The east of London is a haven for trendy and hip shoppers and the artistic vibe is very palpable. Street art abundantly, and concept stores and artistic spaces plentiful. Here are some must-sees in vibrant and lively Shoreditch:

Pitfield London

You can start with a tasty breakfast at concept store and lunchroom Pitfield London. The store has some stunning furniture design pieces, enamel kitchenware, vintage and modern crockery, and classic British design. It’s the perfect store if you are looking for unique homewares and like to browse in a laid back and eclectic atmosphere.

SCP East

At SCP on Curtain Road  you can roam two floors of home decor, stationery and kitchenware. It’s one of London’s largest design stores.

Milk Concept Boutique

At Milk Concept Boutique in Shoreditch High street you will find modern design fashion and home interior. They carry brands from internationally recognized designers as well as presenting new collections from emerging talents. You will find one of a kind pieces mixed and matched with more common designs.

Luna & Curious

On Calvert Avenue you’ll find the most adorable, feminine design shop called Luna & Curious. The store is a mix and match of crockery, fashion, jewelry, and home design ware, yet all in the same vibe. It’s stylish, feminine and comfortable with plenty of beautiful British design.

Leila’s Shop

Across the street you will find Leila’s Shop, a quaint grocery shop which sells organic produce and fresh products. The shop is like an old Italian delicacy shop from the early 1900s. Even if you don’t need anything, it’s worth a look inside.

Tomorrow I will share more shopping tips in Shoreditch part 2.
