There’s no doubt about it, autumn is here in all its glory. Unlike other years we are enjoying a sunny October which means even more colourful leaves. In Park Clingendael in The Hague it is especially a colourful spectacle as the Japanese Garden is open again to the public. The Japanese garden has limited access: three weeks in autumn and three weeks in spring. This is to preserve its delicate vegetation.
After admiring the sun beams enhancing the vibrant oranges, bright yellow shades and deep red leaves, I also love to walk on the rest of the estate. Walking in nature is good for the soul and your health. I consider it as one of those little luxuries in life.
